Back in November, toxicological samples showed that a new fentanyl analog has hit the market. The samples showed the presence of ortho-Methylfentanyl, a new synthetic opioid. There are 1400 possible formulations of fentanyl. Two hundred have been discovered, so expect this to continue for the foreseeable future.
