In November, a team of officers from the California DFG Cannabis Enforcement Program served a search warrant for illicit cannabis cultivation at a warehouse in the San Francisco Bay Area. After gaining access to the warehouse, officers located what was later determined to be a “Burglar Bomb” from a company called Revel Technologies. The Burglar Bomb was installed in the rafters and did not detonate when officers entered.
The Repulsar IV is marketed as an anti-burglar/anti theft device. According to manufacturer documents, each Repulsar IV consists of four 6 ounce cans of OC spray, that are on total release actuators.
