Sinaloa Cartel's Arzate Brothers Threaten CAF's El Flaquito in New Video
A new narco video surfaced on July 22, 2023, showing hitmen associated with the Sinaloa Cartel's Arzate brothers threatening their rivals in Tijuana. Despite apparent discrepancies in the setting and voice in the video, the reference to "El Cabezón," a cartel figure under the Arzate brothers, indicates these men are targeting El Flaquito and his CAF hitmen. The Arzate brothers recently received approval from Mayo Zambada, the head of the Sinaloa Cartel, to take control of Baja California, under the condition of forming an alliance with Los Rusos, another group tied to Zambada.
