Major Fentanyl Seizure by FGR in Chihuahua
The Attorney General's Office (FGR) of Mexico, through its Criminal Investigation Agency (AIC), successfully executed a search warrant in Guadalupe y Calvo, Chihuahua. This operation led to the seizure of a significant amount of narcotics, including approximately 129,000 pills and 150 kilograms of substances suspected to be fentanyl. Additionally, about 480 kilograms of two different substances and various objects were also secured during the operation. The Federal Ministerial Police (PFM), under the direction of the Public Ministry of the Federation (MPF) from the Specialized Regional Control Prosecutor's Office (FECOR) Chihuahua Delegation, conducted the operation. The confiscated materials are now under the jurisdiction of the MPF for further investigation and analysis, contributing to the efforts in combating the distribution and trafficking of dangerous drugs like fentanyl.
