In San Fernando, Tamaulipas, a brutal act of cartel violence has emerged, with eight gunmen allegedly linked to the Old School Zetas or Sierra Fox group found dead. A message discovered at the scene suggests a disturbing alliance between a Sinaloa Cartel faction led by Ismael “El Mayo” Zambada and the Cartel Jalisco New Generation (CJNG), supporting a faction of the Gulf Cartel.
